Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to the Managing Director of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Managing Director, ensuring that tasks are completed on time, and that the Managing Director is fully prepared for all meetings and events.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, including scheduling appointments, managing emails, and handling incoming calls.
4. Draft and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director.
5. Manage confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
6. Act as a liaison between the Managing Director and other members of the organization, external contacts, and clients.
7. Assist in the planning and coordination of events, conferences, and other activities as required.
8. Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Managing Director.
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization.
4. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
5. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
7. Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy in all work.
8. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and workloads.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to take on new challenges.
