Marketing Executive For A Real Estate Company (Full-Time)
About the role
Working with the Company's creative team, develop creative briefs, and guide creative direction to the objectives of branding, marketing, advertising, customer service experience and corporate communication needs of the Company
Job Requirements
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions and generate more qualified leads.
- Partnering with email, social media and web teams to design test and evolve lead-nurturing tactics.
- Tracking and analyzing current marketing initiatives to identify their effectiveness and optimization.
- Ensures corporate website developed ranks top of all search engines for targeted key words and day to day maintenance.
Job Requirements
- Marketing the Sports Centre to be run profitably.
- Conducts market research to inform the Company's marketing decision.
- Any other duties assigned
Educational Requirements
- A minimum of 1st Degree in Marketing.
- A professional qualification in marketing will be an added advantage.
- The right candidate should have at least 4 years working experience in the Real Estate space and some experience with online marketing.
Salary range: –
A net salary of GH¢4,000.00 per month. (Based on your experience).
Working days
Weekly 05 days. Monday To Friday. 08 AM to 05 PM.(Launch Break 01 Hour)
