Job Summary

The Client Experience Associate will be responsible for ensuring our clients have a great understanding and experience of our services, driving repeat purchases, retention, growth and value from each account. This role requires strong relationship building and management, excellent communication skills and positive energy. The role holder will play a vital role in identifying pain points of clients and resolving the same in a timely manner and will also be providing tailored solutions to upsell and cross-sell products and services to assigned accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing key clients to ensure consistency in repeat purchase.
  • Develop customized solutions and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue from existing accounts to increase their average basket size.
  • Drive the reactivation of churned accounts by engaging Food Business Owners and Key Decision Makers, building and nurturing relationships .
  • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate terms to close sales deals.
  • Create and process orders for clients using appropriate CRM tools provided.
  • Understand their business requirements, provide exceptional customer service, and address any concerns or issues to drive retention, improve CSAT and NPS.
  • Share market insights, best practices, and customer pain points to enhance overall team performance.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to drive motivation and productivity.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in account management or sales, preferably in the Hotel, Restaurant and Cafe (HoReCa) space.
  • Strong deal negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to persuade and influence key decision-makers and business owners.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Excellent numerical, interpersonal, communication and people management skills
  • Tech savviness and a willingness to work with/sell SaaS.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales Targets.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
  • Strong verbal and written  communication skills

Experience & Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or related fields with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and/or hospitality industry.
  • Experience working in the food industry will be considered an added advantage
  • Experience working with a CRM tool for sales lead generation, tracking and forecasting
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and conversion.
