Responsibilities 

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope
• Collaborate with team members to create project schedules and allocate resources
  appropriately
• Monitor and track project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones
• Assist in managing project risks, issues, and changes, and communicate updates to the
  project team
• Maintain regular communication with internal teams and stakeholders to provide project
  updates and gather feedback.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members and ensure everyone is aligned on
  project goals and objectives
• Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and presentations to stakeholders as
  required
• Act as a liaison between managers and the development team to address inquiries,
  concerns, and change requests
• Assist in conducting user acceptance testing and capturing feedback for improvement
• Assist in coordinating and organizing project meetings, including scheduling, agenda
  preparation, and meeting minutes
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting effective teamwork and
  knowledge sharing
• Support project team members in task management, issue resolution, and resource
  coordination
• Use and continually develop leadership skills

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a
  related field
• Prior experience or internship in project management, preferably in the
  software industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse
  stakeholders
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar)
• Knowledge of software development concepts and terminology
• Basic understanding of software testing and quality assurance processes
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
