Manage & support opco system and applications for both SN & FB and as first line general customer & consumer ecosystem support. Support in project roll out and implementation.
What we ask
- At least 5-8 years of professional work experience. Business background/interest and technical/analytical skills are preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence others to take action
- Comfortable with working with ambiguous business scenarios and possesses strong thinking/problem-solving skills which can be applied to business processes with a “can-do” attitude
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities
- Have bachelor’s degree level qualifications. Preferrable IT or computer science (but not a requirement) disciplines includes Operations Research, Economics/Mathematics, Business Studies/MBA, Engineering, Physics
