Responsibilities:
 Utilize CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, ProcessWire) to develop dynamic websites for
a diverse range of clients.
 Designing and implementing new features and functionality
 Establishing and guiding the website’s architecture
 Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS
 Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and
plugin.
 Write high-performance, easily readable code to optimize website functionality.
 Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration.
 Generating WordPress themes and plugins.
 Conducting website performance tests.
 Troubleshooting content issues.
 Manage and patch existing applications following security best practices
 Successfully plan and execute intricate projects, consistently meeting milestones and
deadlines.
 Work closely with other team members for testing, QA, and other development needs

Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field.
 Proven work experience as a WordPress developer.
 Expert proficiency in CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, and ProcessWire.
 Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
 Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications
 Experience designing and developing responsive design websites
 Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across
platforms and browsers
 Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
 Strong proficiency in Git, PHP, MySQL, Javascript, HTML, CSS
 Effective time management and multitasking abilities, enabling the meeting of strict
deadlines.
 Agility to adapt quickly to project pivots and changes.
 Strong teamwork and communication skills, contributing positively within collaborative
settings.
