JOB DESCRIPTION:
To provide financial support for all construction development activities for the organization, and be responsible for maintaining budgets, files, and records for all projects. Track and manage all annual income to successfully manage and monitor costs and profit margins, ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives.

Responsibilities
• Preparing financial reports.
• Performing market analysis and budgeting for properties.
• Sourcing or evaluating acquisitions, creating middles to predict situations.
• Tracking and reviewing returns and performance on asset and funds levels.
• Consolidate, Analysis and model financial data, budget analysis and income statement forecasting.
• Due diligence and modeling for new developments and current assets and future acquisitions.
• Responsible for managing and positively represent the organization by building strong relationships with internal and external clients.
• Maintain statistics and analysis for the local real estate market.
• Handle heavy day to day data entry duties.
• Prepare and present reports to executives and committees.
• Sourcing for funds for new projects and continuing projects.
• Tracking budgets for new and existing projects.
• Forecasting to approve Profitable projects.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Good communication skills and Strong analytical skills.
• Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial statements, financial and accounting concepts, and processes.
• Proficient at financial modeling in Excel, complex formulas, Pivot Tables, and data table lookup.

Educational Qualifications & Experience
Master’s degree in accounting or a relevant field in finance
Minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in
Accounting, Finance, and Real Estate.
A certified and recognized accounting qualification via bodies such as CAl, ACCA, and CPA.
