Job Summary

You will be responsible for engaging with clients, resolving any issues they may have faced, and developing strategies to retain the business. This role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage a large volume of clients. As an Adhoc Associate, you’ll drive the Vendease growth engine by building relationships with prospective clients and turning them into happy customers. You’ll actively prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on our products and services. As a Commission based sales analyst at Vendease, you’ll manage communications between key clients and internal teams. This is a commission-based role.


  • Generate leads and convert them into sales through various methods, such as cold calling, email marketing, and networking.
  • Follow and achieve departmental sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to increase sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analyse market trends and data to identify sales opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to provide clients with the latest information and recommendations.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management on performance and progress.


  • Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience working in an FMCG  is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and close deals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate market trends and develop sales strategies.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarities with sales tools and techniques, such as lead generation and email marketing.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
