Job Description:
As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s marketing strategies and initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth in the dynamic Ghanaian market. You will be a key contributor to enhancing the company’s market presence and achieving its business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies in alignment with Twyford Ghana Limited’s goals and target audience in the Ghanaian market.
- Identify market trends, consumer behavior, and opportunities for growth through market research and analysis.
Product Promotion:
- Plan and execute product launch campaigns, promotional activities, and advertising campaigns to drive sales and increase market share.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure successful product launches.
Brand Management:
- Maintain and enhance the Twyford brand image in the Ghanaian market through consistent messaging, branding, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Oversee brand awareness campaigns and initiatives.
Digital Marketing:
- Lead and oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including website management, SEO/SEM strategies, social media marketing, email campaigns, and online advertising.
- Utilize data analytics to track digital marketing performance and make data-driven decisions.
Advertising and PR:
- Manage advertising campaigns across various media channels.
- Develop and distribute press releases and maintain positive media relations to maximize brand exposure and coverage.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and a high return on investment.
- Monitor and report on budget performance regularly.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative marketing team culture.
Sales Support:
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to create effective marketing collateral, tools, and campaigns that support sales efforts and customer acquisition.
- Monitor and analyze marketing-generated leads and their conversion rates.
Performance Metrics:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze marketing performance.
- Adapt marketing strategies based on data and insights to continuously improve results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar senior marketing role, with at least [7] years of experience.
- Strong understanding of the Ghanaian market, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Budget management experience.
- Familiarity with marketing software and tools.
