Job Profile:

As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving sales, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to actively pursue potential buyers or investors, showcase our properties and services, and guide clients through the sales process. Your success will be measured by achieving sales targets, meeting client needs, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Lead Generation:

  • Proactively identify and pursue potential buyers or investors through various channels, including networking, referrals, online platforms, and cold calling.
  • Conduct market research to identify target demographics, customer preferences, and emerging market trends.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, qualifying leads, and providing accurate and comprehensive information about available properties, pricing, and financing options.
  • Schedule and conduct property viewings, demonstrating the features and benefits of each property to potential clients.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and support throughout the sales process, including property selection, negotiation, and closing.
  • Respond to client inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly follow up with clients to provide updates on new listings, price changes, and market trends.

Sales Process and Documentation:

  • Guide clients through the sales process, explaining legal requirements, contracts, and necessary documentation.
  • Assist clients in preparing and submitting purchase offers, negotiating terms and conditions, and facilitating the closing process.
  • Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure accurate and organized record-keeping of sales transactions, contracts, and client information.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and legal requirements related to real estate sales, ensuring compliance in all transactions.

Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

  • Stay abreast of local real estate market trends, pricing, and competitive offerings.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify unique selling points and position our properties effectively.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the management team on market conditions, customer preferences, and competitive strategies.

Sales Reporting and Target Achievement:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and lead generation efforts in the CRM system.
  • Generate sales reports and forecasts, tracking progress against targets and providing insights to the management team.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop strategies and action plans to meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to guide clients through the sales process.
  • Knowledge of real estate sales processes, legal regulations, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with local market conditions, pricing trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and other sales tools.
