Human Resource Hub Ghana Limited is an HR consultancy firm based in Ghana, dedicated to providing comprehensive human resources solutions to organizations across various industries.

As a Service Delivery & Recruitment Executive you will play a pivotal role in managing both service delivery and recruitment functions within the company. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process for clients while also ensuring the smooth execution and delivery of the company’s  services. You will acts as a bridge between clients and internal teams, coordinating recruitment efforts and service delivery to meet client needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Management:

  • Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and organizational culture.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify and engage with candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with client objectives and staffing requirements.

Service Delivery Coordination:

  • Work closely with internal teams, such as payroll, compliance, talent management, and client services, to ensure the seamless delivery of HR consultancy services.
  • Coordinate service delivery activities, including client onboarding, HR process implementation, and ongoing support, to meet client expectations and contractual obligations.
  • Monitor service delivery metrics and KPIs, tracking progress, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests related to both recruitment and HR services.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives, challenges, and priorities.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review recruitment progress, discuss service delivery performance, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Provide proactive guidance and recommendations to clients on recruitment best practices, market trends, and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and solutions to help them achieve their staffing and HR goals effectively.

Performance Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and deliver regular reports to clients, summarizing recruitment activity, service delivery metrics, and key performance indicators.
  • Analyze recruitment data, including candidate sourcing, conversion rates, and time-to-fill, to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement process improvements, tools, and technologies to enhance recruitment effectiveness and client satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (3 years) in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR consultancy roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and value to clients.
