Job Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent to drive the company’s growth and success in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and collaborating with various departments to ensure a strong pipeline of skilled professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives and growth plans.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging talent acquisition technologies to enhance the recruitment process.

Sourcing and Candidate Outreach:

  • Identify diverse and high-potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external talent sources, such as recruitment agencies, universities, and industry associations.

Screening and Selection:

  • Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop interview processes.
  • Facilitate the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Candidate Pipeline Management:

  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline of prospective candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Implement an applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes and track candidate progress.

Employer Branding and Employee Value Proposition:

  • Promote Sunda International as an employer of choice by showcasing the company’s culture, values, and career opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to create compelling employer branding materials.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, track key performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to improve hiring processes.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on talent acquisition activities and outcomes.

Compliance and Diversity:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment process, fostering a diverse workforce.

Team Management:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of modern recruitment techniques, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
