Job Overview:
As the Human Resource Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the company’s human capital. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the organization’s business objectives, foster a positive work culture, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Lead the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create workforce plans.
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external talent sources.
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and consistent manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance appraisal systems and processes.
- Provide coaching and support to managers in conducting performance evaluations.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate employee training programs.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer the company’s compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary and benefits packages.
- Manage payroll processes and oversee benefits enrollment.
HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in employment laws and implement necessary adjustments.
Employee Development and Training:
- Identify skill gaps and development opportunities for employees.
- Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Encourage a culture of continuous learning.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze HR data to generate insights for decision-making.
- Prepare regular reports on HR metrics, such as turnover, recruitment, and workforce demographics.
Employee Safety and Wellness:
- Oversee workplace safety initiatives and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Promote employee wellness programs and initiatives.
HR Technology and Systems:
- Manage HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR software tools.
- Ensure data accuracy and security in HR systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in HR management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
