We are seeking a skilled and experienced Brand Manager for an FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) company that specializes in the beverage industry.

This company has a strong market presence and is dedicated to providing high quality, innovative products to its customers. To further its growth strategy, the company is looking for a dedicated Brand Manager to lead the success of its beverage brands.

Job Overview:
The Brand Manager’s responsibility is to develop and execute brand strategies that boost the market visibility and promote the development of beverage products. This entails possessing a creative and analytical approach, exceptional leadership abilities, and a thorough comprehension of consumer conduct and market trends. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement all- comprehensive marketing plans that are consistent with our overall business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for enhancing brand recognition, market share, and profitability for designated beverage products.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research, including competitor analysis and consumer insights, to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Create and manage brand budgets to optimize resource allocation and gain marketing objectives.
  • Work together with cross-functional teams comprising product development, sales, and marketing communications to formulate and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns.
  • Drive product innovation, including new product development and
    product line extensions, based on market research and consumer
    demand.
  • Establish and oversee connections with essential stakeholders, comprising advertising agencies, media partners, and suppliers.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, implementing necessary adjustments to optimize results and meet KPIs.
  • Monitor and document brand performance using key indicators such as market share, sales volume, and brand awareness, while offering valuable insights and actionable recommendations to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviors to identify opportunities and make informed business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for all
    marketing activities related to assigned brands.

Qualifications / Competences:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related
    field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven work experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar role within the FMCG industry, preferably with a focus on beverages.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use
    market research data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and generate fresh ideas.
  • Proficient in using market research tools, marketing automation
    software, and MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market trends and consumer preferences.
